Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Uganda Dating 2018

The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Uganda. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

You should therefore use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you the following displayed stamps are something other than counterfeit illegal stamps.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Uganda visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Uganda section. Uganda has posted every official stamp they have issued since the WNS system was created in 2002.

Some of the illegal stamps are shown in their Cinderella section and noted as Cinderella. This is a major error as they are not Cinderella stamps by any circumstance. The only counterfeits they show are for some of the illegal stamps dating 2016. There are many more as you will see.

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

In 2018 The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2018 in the name of Uganda. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Uganda this is the case as out of the following 2018 counterfeit sets 2 were made in 2019 and back dated 2018.

As of August 2020 this criminal company is distributing 33 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2018 in the name of Uganda. This shows an increase of three times the production of counterfeit sets made in 2017!

I note that many of the counterfeits have had their images placed on pinterest.com, starina.ru and meshok.net thus "infesting" the internet worldwide.

There is no evidence of any other producer creating illegal stamps in the name of Uganda dating 2018.

I spotted this set was being offered on eBay in 2018-19 by this criminal company as the user kir30kirill before the account was removed.

As I show in other areas this set appears to be one made at the request of one of this criminals customers. The customer asking if the dealer knows of any stamps with a particular model of car on stamps and the criminal producing a set with the requested model of car featured on one of the counterfeit stamps on the souvenir sheet. The criminal simply searches the internet for an image of it and then places it(usually using a photoshop type program to "alter" it in some way) on one of the stamps. This is why in numerous cases the criminal producer does not produce single stamp souvenir sheets for the set. I guess it is just too much "work" to do so and the producer is too busy making other sets in the name of now many other countries. Yet another reason this company and all producers of counterfeit illegal stamps must be stopped and the culprit or culprits along with any of their goon counterfeit distributing dealers associated with them, brought to justice with the full force of international law brought against them in the production and distribution of counterfeit goods. Millions of collectors all over the world have been ripped off by these kind of stamp dealers and it is time for the countries that are victimized by this criminal activity which has now been going on for three decades to round up these criminals which are really few in numbers and convict them of their crimes in the countries they reside in.

The repetitive nature of these criminals is quite amazing. Using the same topics over and over again year after year with very little original thought to new topics, limiting mostly on what topics that will "sell" to the the most general of buyers as many of the victims of these criminals are newer stamp collectors or not even serious stamp collectors at all.

Again, we have another batch of communist Stalin and Lenin propaganda counterfeit stamps. Uganda most certainly would condemn and will condemn all of these counterfeit illegal stamps when this information is given to them. This criminal dealer appears to sell the Stalin and Lenin counterfeit sets in the name of many countries solely in Russia and surrounding to his fellow "comrades". Happily ripping them off using the advantage of the lack of knowledge within Russia and other related censored nations that everything this dealer is peddling is fake and counterfeit. When he was selling on eBay these topics were not offered because he knew full well they would immediately alert the main stamp market as to what he has done and is still doing to this day. He boldly presents this material on his personal Facebook pages.
This dealer and his little company must be shut down....permanently!

Note how the 3500 Stalin counterfeit stamp is the same as one of the Stalin stamps in the set above. Just reversed. This criminal uses the same images over and over again and simply uses a photoshop type program to alter them. In many cases the sets this criminal produces are very crude and amateur in design and style with little originality.

Again, just like the last couple pages, this one page shows you the extent of damage that one criminal person or group of people can do to the philatelic market. This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.

In 2019 Topnimarka continues production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Uganda but then suddenly.....stops.
